How to integrate the lessons of this season into your teaching. First part is these lessons are really to help develop your understanding of your own breath. We can only communicate and teach who we are and what we actually know in our being. So the more time you spend studying your own breath the more convincing you'll be in your sharing. Two, one of the suggestions that we'd really like to make is to start to turn your own students on to investigating. So instead of perhaps teaching as if you know it all and you know the exact lessons, begin to play with allowing your classroom to become a lab in which all of you can learn. So as you offer different experiments of investigation with the breath and desire and inspiration and the bottom of the exhale and such, instead of pretending that you might know what's going on invite conversation, invite sharing. This is how we allow these practices to live and this is also what will help you stay inspired and engaged to show up day after day. There's really nothing more boring and life-force crushing than to imagine that you already know it all. And third, as you've probably already started to guess, this is way more about the quality of life than you're teaching. The gift and the privilege of being able to teach yoga is that it helps us accelerate our self-learning so that we can really live a richer, more vibrant, rainbow technicolor life. One in which we're allowed to transform all that's happening into opportunity. So please let us know in the spirit of this group investigation how these lessons work for you, what you find out not only in your own discovery but what you discover as you share with others so that we can be in this together. Love.
