Hi, I'm Sarah. Welcome to season three of 30-Minute Yoga Flows. I'm happy to be back here with you, and similar to the first season of this show, we're going to look at vinyasa practices that are complete in and of themselves. They're designed to energize, to strengthen, to stretch, and just invite in this sense of calm and ease in the body, mind, and spirit. So this season specifically, we're going to look at practices that are a little bit more grounding when you're feeling a little unstable.
We'll look at balancing postures to bring in a new sense of focus and presence into your body, and then we'll also look at practices that are heart-opening, hip-opening, shoulder-opening, as well as eye-opening, so that you can see the world with a fresh sense of curiosity and wonder.
