Welcome to this season of 30-Minute Yoga Flows. In this season, we will explore all the essentials of a vinyasa flow practice. We will find ease within the effort with practices that are energizing, grounding, detoxifying, strengthening, and opening. As we go deep into the physical postures or the asana, we will also tap into the wisdom of the body. And my hope is that this all results in a more calm and still mind.
