Hello and welcome. In this series we're looking at the essential poses within the Sun Salute, Tadasana, Down Dog, Cobra or Up Dog, Plank and Chaturanga. So as we break them down, we're looking at essential alignment within each one and then we get to explore some hands on adjustments as well as verbal cues. And I'm especially excited to share this information because of course we want to create a sense of safety and alignment for our students within each posture.
