Welcome to this five-week course, Yoga and the Sematic Experience, on Yoga Anytime. Together, we will move through five 60-minute practices designed to inspire new ways of moving that arise through curiosity, inquiry, and staying with your experience. We play with sensing from the inside out, touch familiar awesomeness shapes, and settle into meditation.
