Let's pause, drop in, listen and unwind. Welcome to season two of Gentle Yoga on Yoga Anytime. Together we move gently, fluidly and lovingly to increase our mobility and energy and to inspire a flow of awareness. We explore new and familiar spinal movements to release tension and stagnation in the joints and tissues, promoting circulation and a sense of relief and ease.
