Hi, let's do a practice today for our bellies. So, first let's find lion. Spread your paws wide. And let's roar three times. So good for your belly, your throat, your face.

So take a deep inhale. (roars) Whoa, okay, two more. Deep inhale. (roars) Okay, last time. Deep inhale, lion.

(roars) Oh, that was scary. Okay, second pose, we're going to do newt. So let's lie onto your bellies. Bring one ear to the ground, make a pillow, rock your hips from side to side. And then notice how good it feels to have your belly on the earth.

Massaged. Breathing. Turn the other cheek to the pillow. Use your breath. Deep inhales.

Deep exhales. From here, let's move into octopus. Bring your forehead to the earth, reach your arms back, and from here inhale up and swim in the ocean. Bend your elbows, bend your knees. Have some fun, move those eight limbs.

Moving and swimming. So good for your tummy. Beautiful. Keep breathing, octopus. And then pause.

From here, let's have some fun. Let's be a superhero. Pick your favorite superhero. Maybe it's Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman. Maybe it's Catwoman.

So bring your arms back by your sides. Let's do some flying. Lift your legs, lift your arms. Feel your cape, feel the wind. Doesn't it feel good to fly?

Take a deep breath. Arch up. Breathing. Wow, I can feel your power. From here, push back to armadillo pose.

Feel your spine and rest. Breathing, rock your hips from side to side. Take a deep breath, inhale. Exhale. And then let's lie back on our backs, and I'm going to tell you a story.

So go ahead and bring your feet forward. Roll down. Relax your spine. And I want you to imagine that you're lying on a beautiful cloud. So you stay here.

I'll go ahead and sit up. And as you close your eyes, picture yourself lying on a cloud. A cloud that's come down onto the ground. Use your fingers, feel the cloud underneath you. And as you're lying here, you notice the cloud starts to lift, up, up, up off the earth.

Amazing. And you feel safe and excited at the same time. And as you lift up off the earth, you look down and you can see your house and you can see your neighborhood and you can see your school and you can see your town. And from up here it all looks so beautiful and magical. And as you look down at your world, all the places and the people and the animals and the trees, and the houses and the buildings, you look down and you realize how happy you are to live here and what a beautiful place it is.

You see all the people who love you, whom you love. And as you float through the air, you feel light and happy. And then very slowly your cloud lowers all the way back down to the earth where you started. And as your body relaxes on the ground, you take a deep breath here and you feel so happy to have had this magical ride, to live in this beautiful place, to have all these wonderful people and animals and trees all around you. Your beautiful life.

Thank you.
