(waves crashing) Hi, I wanted to show you my special place. A place where I bring a lot of things that are important to me, and I put them here so that I can look at them and remember. So this might be something you want to do at your house, gather some of your favorite things, things you might find in nature, favorite objects, perhaps some gifts. And put them together. And then when you look at your special place, you'll come back and remember the yoga, and remember why we're here and connected.
I'm so glad that you're here, practicing yoga. And I'm so happy to share these practices with you. Yoga for relaxation, yoga for strength, yoga for all stars, athletes, yoga for balance. Try the practices and let us know how you feel. Do you ever feel anxious?
Nervous? Sad? I do sometimes. And so you can use these practices and notice how they make your body feel, your mind feel, your whole self, they're medicine. Healthy medicine, so try them and let us know.
