Ashley welcomes us to Burn Bright: A 14-Day Yoga Challenge. We can use our Yoga practice to build our inner fire, to uncover and clarify the world around us, to recognize, reveal, and truly see ourselves. In this 14-day challenge you'll be taken on a journey of building the fire within. These short, potent Hatha-Vinyasa classes are interwoven with Yoga philosophy, and are designed as steps to building, tending, sustaining, and stepping into your inner fire. When you arrive at the end of your journey you can fully bask in the glow of what you have created.
For this Challenge, in addition to your mat, it will be helpful to have access to the following props: 2 blocks, a blanket, a strap, a wall, a bolster, and a chair.

Welcome to Burn Bright, a 14 day yoga challenge on yoga anytime. I'm Ashley Riddell. In this challenge, you'll be taken on a journey of building the fire within through the course of 14, 20 minute, half of Vinyasa practices.
Begin by making the choice to show up, then do the work of building the fire through peak poses and go even further by stepping in the fire with philosophy. When you arrive at the end of your journey, you can fully bask in the glow of what you have created. I'm so excited that you're here. Let's get started.
