In this class, Niedra teaches you through releasing your IT Band and TFL Band. Your body's sideline helps the pelvis be even and supports your legs in all types of motion. Habitual movements and having a favorite leg to stand on can cause imbalances. Use this class to come back into balance and move more easefully.
