Hi. I'm Brianna Turpin. Welcome to season 2 of emotional resilience. This season will embark on a 6 part yoga journey to strengthen our emotional resilience. Together, we'll cultivate mindfulness, non judgment, adaptability, end courage. We'll learn to right size our pain and suffering, let go of our resistance, and embrace acceptance.

Emotional agility is a lifelong journey. As Susan David puts it, discomfort is the price of admission to a meaningful life.
