Charlotte  that’s amazing! Congratulations on completing the second round of the challenge! I love to hear that you can really feel the effects of the practice in your strength and mobility. Doing a new challenge will be great for a new perspective and give you a chance to try the things you’re learning in a different format.

Nathan Briner thank you! I’ve just completed the challenge for the second time! It’s even better the second time. I did do a few of the practices a few times when I felt there was more to be done on some things I either found challenging or profoundly awesome. 
There was a comment you made in reply to someone else about persistent trouble despite really focusing on stretching a particular area - you suggested building strength there rather than just stretching, as it might be the body saying ‘this is far enough’ - that’s made a real difference for me! I’ve always had pain around the hips, and no amount of stretching eased it off. Now by focusing on building some strength by backing out of the poses a little and paying attention to the right ‘feels’, I’m much stronger and in less pain. Thank you! What’s next?

Nathan! Thank you very much!!! I learned a lot and enjoyed this challenge very much. Took much more than 30 days to complete it, because I did twice a lot of lessons and I intend to do it again. It has been a wonderful experience!

Wow! I can't believe I completed the circle! I am going to go back and do more with this challenge and even send it to my youngest son. Nathan, thank you so much for putting together this challenge and all of your guidance and support along the way. One of my favorite things I've learned is to adjust as you get into a pose; it really helped me to try and then see what I could do. Amazing, Thank you!

I love what you said about the adjustments in the poses. I just finished filming a new series for Aligned and Awake with tons of tips and tools for deepening the experience in the poses.
