Everyday Somatic Yoga

Every day we have an opportunity to land where we are and locate our awareness in the moment. Everyday Somatic Yoga is a collection of practices that weave together familiar yoga poses with exploratory somatic movement in order to wake up, retrain, and integrate any stuck or underused areas within the body. You will feel more free, mobile, and easeful in your daily movement.

Season 1

In Season 1, each class explores playful somatic movement focused on a different part of the body, with a creative yoga flow to integrate our newfound tools. As you find more mobility and ease in these areas, you will you learn how to move your whole body with more grace, control, and confidence.

Season 2

In Season 2, Lydia Zamorano blends traditional asana with innovative somatic techniques, focusing on specific body areas in each class. Utilizing props like blocks and straps, these sessions encourage deep body awareness and subtle shifts in movement patterns. From hands to feet, side body to legs, each class in this transformative series invites practitioners to explore new dimensions of their yoga practice, fostering a profound mind-body connection.
