Chair yoga can be an enjoyable full-body experience. Welcome to chair yoga here at Yoga Anytime. Together we'll find vitality and movement in all parts of the body while seated in a chair. In season one we have head-to-toe practices designed ultimately to make you feel better, to boost your energy and your circulation to improve your flexibility and your mobility, to find strength and balance and stability and confidence and to inspire you. With attention to the breath we move slowly and carefully into the body being aware of balance, of effort and of ease. I'm so glad you're here. Let's begin.
