(waves hitting shore) Hi, I'm so glad you're here. Here's some practices for you to help with your breathing, your body, your mind. This will help calm you down when you need calming. Maybe it can help you fall asleep sometimes. Maybe if you feel like you need a little energy, sometimes we feel sad or upset.

And these practices will help us bring us back to center, to balance, and to our best selves. So, practice them, try them, and see what happens. Make sure to have some fun.
