Hi. Let's do a practice and focus on our breath. So first, let's come into armadillo pose, so bring your knees to the ground. Bring your forehead down, and close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Breathing in, breathing out.

Breathing in, breathing out. Feel how smooth the breath is, like the waves of the ocean. From here, slowly come up, and we'll find butterfly pose. So bring the soles of the feet together, keep your tension in that deep belly breath. It helps us calm down, it also gives us energy.

So once again, take a deep breath in through your nose, exhale through your nose. And you can use that breath anytime, to help you feel safe and also to give you energy. So let's come into Butterfly. Inhale lift your heart, and then slowly bend over and relax here. Breathe into your back body, feel your wings, feel your spine lift with your inhale, and drop with your exhale.

Do that a few more times, feel the rhythm of your breath. (breathing in and out) Slowly come up, and then from here let's move into Cat-Cow. So come onto your hands and knees, and we'll, with the breath, let's move our spine. So as you round, exhale, push the breath out. And with your inhale, bring the breath in, arch up.

Do this a few more times. Exhale empty and get round, feel it. And then inhale up into your cow, bring the energy in from the sun. So nice. Now from here, let's come onto our backs, and we'll lie down, for a waterfall meditation.

Now you stay here on your back, I'm gonna go ahead and sit up, and I want you to close your eyes and picture this. So picture yourself lying on the ground, in a beautiful place. You feel peaceful and happy, you can feel the sun on your skin, and as you're lying here, a magical horse comes up next to you, and he drops on his knees and you know you're supposed to get on this horse. You slide onto his back and you hold on around his neck, and he takes you up above into the mountains. He kneels back down on the ground, you slide off and you see a beautiful watering hole with a waterfall, and you step in the water, it's a magical waterfall.

All of a sudden there's a big bubble around your whole body, and the bubble takes you underneath the waterfall and you can see the water falling, and you can hear the water. What a magical place! And you feel so happy to be in this beautiful, beautiful place with the sounds and the water, and your horse, and the sunshine. And after you played, you know it's time to get back on your magic horse. He kneels down, you slide back on his back, and he takes you down, down, down the mountain to your resting spot. And as you slide off his back, you give him a big hug and thank him for your magical ride.

And as you settle back into your rest, your breathing, notice how peaceful you feel, how healthy you feel, how loved you feel, and especially notice how grateful you feel to have this magical experience, this beautiful body and this breath.
