What are the things that bring you the most joy in your life? So if you were to give yourself some time to get out some paper and some colorful pens and write down just a whole list of the things that bring you joy and you could start to touch into your senses as well. What am I feeling when I'm in this state or this flow of joy? What are the things that I'm seeing, smelling, hearing? Is it being in nature, taking a walk is it playing? How do you bring playfulness into your life, into your day? So just give yourself permission to sit down to take some time with this and really just allow yourself to make as long of a list as you'd like of all of those things that bring you this sense of joy.

And then from there, I would invite you for the next week or so, take a period of time take out your list and then make a date with yourself. Pick 3 things from your list and bring those into your day. So is it a walk on the beach? Is it a hike? Is it being in the ocean? Whatever it is for you.

Take 3 of those things off your list. Put them into your day. And then the next day, take 3 new things and invite those into your day, into your space. And do that for a week and see what it brings up for you. And I'd love to hear what are some of the things on your list if you wanna share those in the comments And let me know how it goes for you.

Just visited my friend's eight year old and played a game with him and then his mother joined and yes, we were feeling joyful. Baking a cake to share and snorkeling, looking at sealife give me peace and joy. It's so good to take the time for these activities.

I'm enjoying these 5 minute specials this season to accompany the flows! Can't wait to try this one-the joy list. I choose to do or not to do things by asking myself if doing it would bring me joy-if yes, I'll do it, if no or it gives me a pause, then I'll skip it. I like the pick 3 daily and add more to life, so I'm gonna try that! Thanks Sarah!

I love that check-in with yourself on joy, Marlo! I try and remember to practice something similar .... I often ask myself when making decisions: "Does this bring me further away or closer to self?" Sending love and blessings!

I start right away with three things that bring me joy: shower, Drink a coffee and play my Ukulele and sing. To me, the joy comes from having time, celebrate it and dive in.
