Here are my favorite hacks to reset and regulate the nervous system. The first one is the element of nature. So just being outside is like the greatest neutralizer. They say nature is medicine, so if you're feeling like you need energy or you're feeling like you need to calm your energy, just get outside. As the second one is yoga, which is yoga sleep, and really what you're enhancing is your rest.

So just resting your nervous system, your body, your mind, the emotional body, And for me, that's, like, one of my favorite ways to reset the nervous system. It has become, like, a non negotiable in, in my life. The third one would be slow and nurturing yoga practices. So think less is more to heal the nervous system short and sweet. Anything that's gonna drop you into the present moment out of your mind into your body.

The fourth one is hydration, right? So, like, feeding in your body water is so important. It's great for mental clarity. It, can give you energy, and it flushes out toxins. The other one that I think is really important to mention is our technology detox. So taking a break from our phones, our iPads, our, our, computers, you know, anything that is going to stimulate our eye sight. So really shutting that off and They're all very complimentary because instead of being on your phone, you can just go outside and reset and regulate, or you could just do a yoga ninja practice. Where you can do a 20 minute, 30 minutes, slow flow, or you could just drink more water. So these are really simple ways to, bring you into a place of harmony, versus being in that place of fight or flight.

There's also, fun or free. So there are different categories that we fall into when we are living in regulation. And then when we are living in those different states, it just feels like we're surviving in life versus thriving in life. So these are my favorite hacks, and I hope they help you. Tanks for sharing your hacks. These are among my favorites too! I would add to dance, to sing, to play an instrument or to paint / slow drawing. Especially the artistic expressions require concentration and focus and my mind has to stop moving around like crazy. And sound and colours touch my soul… ☺️
