Join Sarah Beston in a meditation practice that begins with a short visualization practice to help you bring in energy and let it go. Through mindful work, you'll explore what you might be holding on to a little too tightly and identify where you feel that tension in your body. The session will also include active work with fists to release, creating the sensation of tension and the relief of letting go.
