For this course, unravel your fascia, you need props. The props that I used in this demo, and these videos You can find a link to them below, but they are interchangeable with the balls you used to unravel your body and additional other material that you may have at home. You may have foam rollers. You may have tennis balls, golf balls, gather what you've got and then get creative from it. I'd like you to get a concept of the size of the balls that I'm working with here.
These are yamana balls. This, it matches the, I would say the orange ball that was in the unravel your body. Very similar pearl ball, silver ball. And as you can see, these balls are getting smaller. They are usually a nice beginner level ball because they can be both pumped up, and they feel wonderful and forgiving on the tissue. So if you have injuries or you're feeling a lot of discomfort, you want to make the ball softer so the body can relax and release the tension.
As you become more adept and your body starts to really like this deeper work of release, you can start to bring a more strong texture this ball is called the alpha ball is a much stronger ball. I can't squeeze it as much, and you will find even stronger balls connected to it. So These are interchangeable in my language. This is just a tad bigger than a tennis ball starting to be really strong. Slightly smaller, and you can work with even smaller balls in different parts of your body where you want to get really pinpointy.
Yoga blocks, pillows, books, gather them all up because they help prop your physiology so that you are establishing your skeleton in the right way to get the maximum release along the patterns of Fasha that are pulling. So gather up. Enjoy.
